MACSEP designs, manufactures, and supplies large oil-water separators that range in size from 10,000 l/h to 300,000 litres/hour. For larger flow rates two or more separators can be used in parallel.

MACSEP’s large oil-water separators are manufactured to meet the specifications of the power and oil industries in New Zealand and will typically include a seismic design check.

The Large oil separators supplied by MACSEP are rectangular style of separators with one or more packs of stainless steel parallel plates.

The plate packs are held in rigid stainless steel frames and are easily removable and are interchangeable.

Integral waste oil tanks are optional as are high level alarms for the waste oil tanks.

Standard material of Construction is 316 stainless steel. Alternative materials include duplex and super duplex stainless steel.
